For everything that was written in the past was written to teach us, so that through endurance and the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope. —Romans 15:4

Resurrection

John 11:25-27
Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies;and whoever lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?"
"Yes, Lord," she told him, "I believe that you are the Christ, the Son of God, who was to come into the world."

Acts 4:32-33
All the believers were one in heart and mind. No one claimed that any of his possessions was his own, but they shared everything they had. With great power the apostles continued to testify to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and much grace was upon them all.

In the tomb God gently blew life back into Jesus crucified body, displaying his love for his son and for us. I love the response of Jesus followers in John 11 and Acts 4. Martha proclaimed her love for Jesus as he lived on earth and the apostles proclaimed their love for Jesus as he lives in heaven. Through Jesus' resurrection everyone of us can receive the gift of life and freedom in Christ and proclaim his glory. I pray this Easter season brings you many blessings through our Lord and Savior.
